BADGES & WALLET INFO, INCLUDES CROWN BADGES:

All buyers are to assess badges for suitability in your country or state, we sell badges, we do not keep track of every country or states laws with regards to using, owning or collecting badges. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the use of said badge. This is a condition of sale that you have read and agree to these terms. Badge Wallets are made from high quality leather look alike, Rexine/Raxin depends on how you say it, this product is a trademark of an artificial leather fabric. This product is designed to make your wallet last. You certify that you have read this information, before making your purchase. Ticking the box at checkout means you have read and agree to these sales terms.

CUSTOM MADE BADGES (Contract of Sale)

This contract document is to be read in conjunction with your supplied quotation.

1. Badge/s supplied will be as approved by the client, and if used for business, your invoice should be kept so you can claim it on your Tax!

2. Buyers are to assess badges for suitability in your country or state, we do not keep track of every country or states laws with regards to using, owning or collecting badges. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the use of said badge including Custom Crown Badges and take full responsibility for said badge/s design, including any copyright, intellectual property rights that may be owned by others, as we are arranging the manufacture on your behalf to a third party, and have no input whatsoever into the design or the manufacturing of your badge. This is a condition of sale that you have read and agree to these terms.

3. Upon Sending us your badge design, after payment, artwork is supplied to you so you can alter or approve. (You must check spelling and all the artwork) as once approved, we will place the order with the manufacturer. If Artwork is supplied before payment, and you do not proceed, and we believe you have supplied the artwork to a third party, we reserve the right to charge a service fee for the design of supplied artwork $350.00. Re-Orders, may vary from the original due to new molds, new materials, and or new manufacturers. Manufacturer only keeps molds for a limited time.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery usually takes around 30 business days but can be 60/90 if there is a shutdown or holidays within the period or delays in air transport or Customs, and or other circumstances beyond our control. COVID may and will impact all delivery times, and delays may be in excess of our above estimates, if your order is time sensitive, please consider this! Once order is placed, we have no control over delivery times. International Packages are fully insured, Dispatches within Australia via Express are insured up to $200.00 only, require more, this is listed on your quotation. Deliveries outside Australia do not include customs fees or taxes, this is the customers responsibility to pay at the border as we do not know your countries import laws.

5. Upon payment: should you not be able to decide on the final artwork for commissioning and wish to cancel. your order, we will refund your money, no questions asked (excluding Credit Card fee s^! Should a refund be initiated for any reason whatsoever, and badges have been commissioned, the badges and future badges we order will remain our sole property to re-sell to recover costs, this is a condition of the contract of sale. Badge Payment is via bank deposit.

6. QUOTATIONS: Quotations are estimates, and can be updated by Security Supplies Australia at any time prior to an invoice being issued and accepted by the client, due to design changes, shipping, etc.

Approval: of your badge for commissioning, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, or monies refunded, as all payments to the manufacture are made before commissioning of your badge and is not refundable to us. Client is to supply badge design and logo, we have no input on the suitability of your choice. DISCLAIMER` you also agree to assume all legal responsibility for your choice of badge design and have checked, intellectual property and copyright issues for any and all custom-made badges you order albeit of design, and applies to all logos, images, crown or text within the badge, being Private,

Police or Government Badges. WE HAVE NO INPUT ON SUITABILITY OF ANY BADGE WHATSOEVER!

7. Custom designs supplied by you are your property and we will not re make them for re sale, we will offer a discount on the quotation, this discount, if accepted it gives us permission to photograph your badge and advertise it on our sites, our badge your text, we may use that design as it is our intellectual property.

8. Warranty: badges must be inspected upon arrival, any defects on arrival, we will contact the manufacturer and fix the problem should there be one. QUALITY GUARANTEED! Please note, that nothing is PERFECT in this world, and badges are no different, our badges are made from a nickel alloy, This metal alloy is deliberately dull in places instead of shiny to give them a “vintage” silver appearance. Please see sample photo, Manufacturer strives to make only the best badges. 

9. Security Supplies Australia: is arranging this (commissioning) or manufacture from a third international party and is acting on your written instructions. Upon giving your approval upon commissioning of your badge, you approve unreservedly the use of your logo on our front advertising page on any or all of our sales platforms, this applies to Government, and or Private clients, and is a part of the contract of sale ( unless you expressly ask us not to use your badge in advertising before we advertise it and forgo the discount offered, then we will respect your request ). Your Company/Business or Government logo will not be used for any other purpose.

10. Customs Duty's and Taxes` Australia only, your quote will include all import taxes and duties.


11. Payment: of our invoice means you have read and agree unreservedly to the above contract of sale.

12. PAYMENTS: Payments are via credit card (fees apply) or Bank Deposit.

Refunds, if approved, refund will be made in full, excluding any transaction fees paid. Faulty product, we will contact the manufacturer of your badge and have your issue fixed, All Custom badges must be inspected on the day of delivery for defects. Goods delayed by customs, freight, holiday delays or destruction due acts of war cannot be refunded.
